This is Aave Grants’ fourth proposal to drive development, attract the best contributors, and ensure Aave's long-term growth by funding talented builders and cultivating Aave's culture 👻

An on-chain vote to launch Aave v3 on Ethereum will go live this upcoming week! If the vote is successful, execution will happen on Friday, January 27th.
